Who can vend with us?
Roc Made Goods' events are open to vendors who hand make and/or design their goods.
NO MLM's or Direct Sales
NO (only) Curated or Thrifted Goods

Apparel, Bath + Body Products, Block Printing, Candles, Ceramics, Crochet, Embroidery, Fiber Art, Graphic Design, Handbags, Hand Lettering, Headwear, Home Decor, Illustrations, Jewelry, Macrame, Metalwork, Original Art, Pet Items, Pyrography, Resin Art, Stationary, Vinyl Offerings, Woodworking and much more.
Specialty Vendors
We do accept a small amount of specialty and/or activity vendors depending on our style show. We are always open to new activities & offerings so if you're not sure if you would be a good fit for one of our markets, send Grace an email to discuss your ideas!
Examples of these vendors are:
Baked Goods, Balloon Artists, Braiders, DIY Activities, Drink Vendors, Floral Bars, Henna Artists, Permanent Jewelry, Tarot Readers, Tiny Tattoos and more.
Vendor Requirements
- All vendors are required to hand make and/or design at least 75% of their offerings. Curated/thrifted goods are allowed if they are less than 25% of your total offerings.
- All vendors are required to have a valid NYS Tax ID number.
- All vendors must reside in the Greater Rochester/WNY area. We do prioritize Rochester area artists given our organization is named Roc(hester) Made Goods. We currently do not accept out of state vendors.

Other factors we take into consideration when selecting our vendors:
- A mix of new & veteran vendors
- Representation & diversity among vendors
- Range of vendors offerings
- Quality craftsmanship
- Social media presence
- Consistent branding
- Product photo quality
- Date applied
Waitlist
If you are not selected to participate in our event you will be assigned a spot on our waitlist, if eligible. Your spot will be determined by goods offered and date applied. Typically we do not allow more than 2-3 vendors of the same medium, depending on event size. Therefore when a vendor is no longer able to attend, we try to fill their spot with a vendor of the same medium.
A spot on our waitlist does not guarantee you a spot in our event. Please do not email regarding availability if you are waitlisted. If a spot opens up we will contact you immediately.
