Do you hand make goods in Rochester? Then you're already a part of Roc Made Goods! But seriously - this isn't a collective of artists, just an event organization dedicated to showcasing the talent our area has to offer. In order to be considered to participate in our Sip & Shop events, all you have to do is 1. Hand make your goods and 2. Apply! We host open applications before every show that a panel will then review and determine who will participate.
No. While we do keep our focus on Rochester artists and makers, anyone from the Upstate NY, Buffalo, Syracuse area are welcome to apply. We currently do not accept out of state vendors.
We always host open applications before every event. Make sure to follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on when applications will be available.
Once applications are open (available on this website under 'Applications') you must simply fill out the application and submit it via email or mail before the application period closes. The Roc Made Goods panel then reviews all applications before deciding who will participate in that year's event.
No. The vendor fee (once selected to participate) is the only fee we charge for our events.
Our vendor fee varies each event. Usually ranging from $100 to $250 depending on season, spot location and size.
The vendor fee covers the cost of the venue (which is a highly sought-after wedding venue) décor and signage, workshops, event staffing, sourcing raffle donations and most importantly, marketing and promotion of the event.
