Do you hand make goods in Rochester? Then you're already a part of Roc Made Goods! But seriously - this isn't a collective of artists, just an event organization dedicated to showcasing the talent our area has to offer. In order to be considered to participate in our Sip & Shop events, all you have to do is 1. Hand make your goods and 2. Apply! We host open applications before every show that a panel will then review and determine who will participate.
We always host open applications before every event. Make sure to follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on when applications will be available.
Once applications are open (available on this website under 'Applications') you must simply fill out the application and submit it via email or mail before the application period closes. The Roc Made Goods panel then reviews all applications before deciding who will participate in that year's event.
No. While we do keep our focus on Rochester artists and makers, anyone from the Upstate NY, Buffalo, Syracuse area are welcome to apply. We currently do not accept out of state vendors.
No. The vendor fee (once selected to participate) is the only fee we charge for our events.
In order to be featured in our Roc Local Creative Directory you must hand make your goods and be local to the Greater Rochester area. Email us (rocmadegoods@gmail.com) the following details and we will gladly get you added!
-Business Name, Artist Name, Website/Etsy, Social Media, Brief Description of you and/or your work, 2-3 high quality photos of your work.

No. The Roc Local Creative Directory was created to help showcase artists and makers in our area during the ongoing COVID pandemic. It is not related to our events nor does being featured in it guarantee you a spot in our events.
