Roc Made Goods' events are open to artists who hand make their work ONLY.
Vendors such as Lularoe, Scentsy, Young Living, Pure Romance etc. are not permitted.
We accept Rochester local artisans first, but all are welcome to apply.
We are open and accepting to all BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ artists. We do not discriminate nor turn away artists due to how they identify, their sexual preference or skin color. We want our shows to be as diverse and beautiful as the world around us. Those of you who do not share our views need not apply.

Your space is roughly 8ft by 8ft. YOU are responsible for your own table, shelving, decorations, etc. Chairs will be provided. You are permitted ONE 8 foot table with additional floor staging props. Additional floor staging props may include, t-shirt racks, decorative totes, easels, card racks, stand alone shelving, carpets, etc. You have to clear all extra large set up furniture otherwise you will be asked to remove it from your display. If you do not comply, you will be asked to leave. If you are not sure if something will fit, just ask! I will be more than happy to try to work things out with you.
You will be assigned a spot. You can not switch your spot. Everyone is mapped out according to their product made (ex. I try to keep jewelry artists away from each other) or specifications, like electrical outlets needed.
NO LOOSE GLITTER, CONFETTI, SPARKLY FAIRY DUST allowed. It is impossible to clean up and is not permitted at any Roc Made Good shows. If you have a product that has glitter on it, please just reach out and ask about it. Minor glitter on products are acceptable.
You are responsible for leaving your area in the same condition you found it. Treat each space we rent as you would your own. Please take all trash and disposable décor with you when you leave.
Electricity is first come first serve, if you do not make a note of it on your application, you will not be guaranteed an outlet.
DUE TO COVID-19 - We ask that each artist have hand sanitizer available at their table.
Artists are encouraged to use Square, Venmo, Paypal and/or Apple Pay to process transactions during our shows. This is not required, but recommended.

You are NOT permitted to break down before the event ends without prior approval. If you do not follow this rule, you will be banned from future shows. Not only is it unprofessional and disruptive, but it confuses shoppers as to when the event ends and may cause people to leave, penalizing vendors who stay the entire time.
